Blanca is a shy and artistic girl living with her mother and sister in a small village in Guatemala. Blanca loves reading and painting. Her father does not live at home because he works far away as a gardener. He comes home every 15 days to see his family. He works very hard but is unable to properly provide for his family. To make matters worse, their house is in a very dangerous area. The area has a high crime rate, and even children have been robbed in the past. Blanca's house is made of cement blocks, and tin and frequently floods during the winter months. Although Blanca’s life at home is unstable, she can find a safe and consistent place to learn at the Child Development Center. Through your generosity, Blanca will get an education, biblical teaching, and nutritious meals. Thank you for blessing this family in their time of need.
