With a third of the population living below the poverty line, millions of Filipino people are suffering, but the greatest tragedy is that millions don’t know about the hope found only in Jesus Christ. AMG is reaching out to the needy and suffering people of the Philippines, believing that when people experience the compassion of Christ for their physical needs, an opportunity exists for them to hear and respond to the Gospel. AMG Philippines ministries include childcare centers, Home of Hope orphanage, camp ministries, church planting, and vocational training. Under the leadership of National Director Hector Araña, and with the support of a highly qualified and dedicated staff, the ministry of AMG in the Philippines is growing and expanding to meet the ever-changing needs of the Filipino people.
