Alson has experienced a full-circle relationship with AMG. As a young boy growing up in Uganda, he was a part of AMG's Child Sponsorship Program and experienced holistic growth as a result. He says, "I met Christ when I was in the fifth grade while I was attending an AMG Saturday program. I came to realize the joy and the purpose of life in Christ Jesus and I've never been the same. I have seen God doing wonders in my life." Today Alson works among the Christian, African Traditional, and Islamic people of Uganda and serves as a pastor, church planter, leader, teacher, and counselor. He says his supreme desire is to be a person who passionately knows, loves, and glorifies God, thereby displaying His incomparable beauty and infinite worth for the entire world to see.
